FITASC Sporting, is a shooting discipline which forms part of the ‘Federation Internationale de Tir aux Armes Sportives de Chasse’ based in Paris. FITASC as it is more commonly known, is an international form of Sporting Clays and enjoys a following the world over. Many would argue that it is the ultimate challenge in clay target shooting.

Our event at HWSG will involve shooting 100 clay targets over 4 shooting layouts or “Parcours” with 3 - 4 shooting stands on each layout.
FITASC targets are extremely varied in size and type.
Targets will consist of Singles and Doubles.
Double targets can be presented as following clays, on report or simultaneous.
On Single targets, you will have full use of your shotgun and a hit is recorded with either the first or second barrel shot.
For Doubles, there is no requirement to fire at each target and so you can fire both barrels at one target if you wish. A point is recorded for each target broken.
Gun mount is important as the heel of the stock must be touching the body below a horizontal line, 25cm down from the top of the shoulder, until the target appears.
